تأثیر فاصله‌دهی تمرین بر یادگیری و قضاوت از یادگیری دقت فورهند درایو تنیس روی میز

چکیده

هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی تأثیر توزیع تمرین بر اکتساب، یادداری با فواصل متفاوت یک و هفت روز و همچنین قضاوت از یادگیری دقت فورهند درایو تنیس روی میز بود. به همین منظور 32 نفر از دانشجویان دختر با میانگین سنی 24-18 که واحد تخصصی یک و دو تنیس روی میز را گذرانده بودند، به‌صورت داوطلبانه در تحقیق شرکت کردند و به‌صورت تصادفی به دو گروه تمرینی فاصله‌دار و انبوه تقسیم شدند. تکلیف مورد استفاده در این تحقیق ضربة فورهند درایو تنیس روی میز بود. آزمودنی‌ها پس از شرکت در پیش‌آزمون، در مرحلة اکتساب گروه تمرینی انبوه 240 ضربه را در یک روز و گروه تمرینی فاصله‌دار 60 ضربه را در 4 روز متوالی اجرا کردند. بعد از مرحلة اکتساب از شرکت‌کنندگان خواسته شد تا به پیش‌بینی و قضاوت از عملکرد خود در آزمون یادداری بپردازند. سپس نیمی از افراد گروه‌های تمرینی در آزمون یادداری یک‌روزه و نیمی دیگر از افراد گروه‌های تمرینی در آزمون یادداری هفت‌روزه شرکت کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون t مستقل و تحلیل واریانس دوراهه با اندازه‌های تکراری تحلیل شد. نتایج تفاوت معناداری را در گروه تمرینی فاصله‌دار نسبت به گروه انبوه در اکتساب، یادداری یک و هفت روز و قضاوت از یادگیری نشان داد (05/0P<). در واقع یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد فاصله‌دهی در جلسات تمرین بر اکتساب و یادداری و همچنین قضاوت از یادگیری تأثیر دارد. ازاین‌رو یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد فاصله‌دهی در جلسات تمرین بر بهبود عملکرد و یادگیری تأثیر دارد. همچنین وقتی فراگیران به پیش‌بینی و قضاوت از عملکرد خود می‌پردازند، راهکارهای مناسب برای مواجهه با شرایط تمرینی خود تجربه می‌کنند و می‌تواند عامل مؤثری بر پیشرفت اجرا محسوب شود.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of distribution of practice on the acquisition, retention with different intervals 1, 7, and also judgment of learning accuracy of forehand drive in table tennis. The 32 female student with 18- 24 years old that passed specialized table tennis unit, contributed as convicted. They randomly were divided to massed and distributed practice groups. The skill used in this study was the forehand drive. After pretest, the massed group practiced all 240 Trails in one session, and the distributed practice group practiced 60 trials per day on 4 consecutive days. After acquisition phase, Participants were asked to predict performance on the retention phase. Participants were asked, “what would you predict your average score on the first the retention test? “And then half of participants of each group contributed for a retention test 1 day later, half of other participants of each group contributed for retention test 7 days later. The data were analyzed by independent sample t test and two –way analysis of variants (ANOVA) with repeated test.
