مقایسۀ اثربخشی ذهن‌آگاهی و تصویرسازی ذهنی بر سطوح کورتیزول، اضطراب و اعتمادبه‌نفس دانشجویان افسری

چکیده

اضطراب و اعتمادبه‌نفس عواملی‌اند که عملکرد فرد را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین تأثیر تمرینات ذهن‌آگاهی و تصویرسازی ذهنی بر سطوح کورتیزول، اضطراب و اعتمادبه‌نفس دانشجویان افسری بود. روش پژوهش نیمه‌تجربی بود. 45 دانشجوی افسری مرد در این پژوهش به‌طور داوطلبانه شرکت کردند و به‌صورت تصادفی در سه گروه (دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل) قرار گرفتند. در پیش‌آزمون اضطراب، اعتمادبه‌نفس و همچنین سطح کورتیزول بزاقی در هر سه گروه اندازه‌گیری شد. دو گروه آزمایش، پروتکل مربوط را انجام دادند و سپس پس‌آزمون با توجه به پیش‌آزمون انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که تمرینات ذهن‌آگاهی و تصویرسازی تأثیر معناداری بر اعتمادبه‌نفس، اضطراب و سطح کورتیزول بزاقی داشته است. همچنین بین گروه‌ها از لحاظ تأثیرپذیری تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت (05/0P<) .به‌طور کلی می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که تمرینات ذهن‌آگاهی و تصویرسازی می‌تواند راهبردی برای کاهش سطح کورتیزول بزاقی، اضطراب و بهبود اعتمادبه‌نفس در دانشجویان افسری باشد. ازاین‌رو به مسئولان و مدرسان در ارگان‌های نظامی پیشنهاد می‌شود که با برگزاری کارگاه‌ها و بهره‌گیری از این راهبردها به‌منظور بهبود اضطراب و اعتمادبه‌نفس و به‌تبع آن ارتقای عملکرد دانشجویان استفاده کنند.

Anxiety and self-confidence are factors that affect performance. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of mindfulness and mental imagery training on the psychophysiological response of anxiety and self-confidence in students’ officer. This method was semi-experimental. 45 male officers who voluntarily participated in this study and randomly assigned to two experimental groups (mindfulness and mental imagery) and one control group. The score of anxiety and self-confidence, as well as levels of salivary cortisol were measured in three groups. The experimental groups performed 6 sessions of specific training. Finally, the post-test has conducted in three groups according to the pre-test. The results indicated that mindfulness and imaging training had a significant effect on the level of salivary cortisol, anxiety, and self-confidence. Moreover, there was no significant difference between the groups in terms of effectiveness (p > 0.05). In general, it can be concluded that mindfulness and mental imagery training could be a strategy to reduce anxiety and improve self-confidence in officer students. Therefore, it is suggested to the providers and teachers in the military organs that by holding workshops and using these strategies to reduce anxiety and enhance self-confidence and consequently to improve students’ performance.
